01 『富喜製麺研究所』
3/15に熊本駅 よかもん市場にオープンした富喜製麺研究所 @fuuki_noodle_factory さんに行ってきました！
ラーメンはつけそば・中華そばの2種類🍜
特製のツルツルの麺に魚介の効いたスープが相性抜群‼︎

つけ麺は、まず藻塩だけで食べてみると麺の美味しさを味わえておすすめ😋
トッピングのワンタンや煮卵🥚もスープに合ってとても美味しかったです！

駅内にあるので、旅の初めに立ち寄ってみたり、呑んだ後の〆ラーメンに訪れるのも良いですね🍜

01 “Fuki Seimen Kenkyusho”

We visited Fuki Seimen Kenkyusho, which opened on March 15th at the Yokamon Market in Kumamoto Station! There are two types of ramen: Tsukemen and Chuka Soba 🍜 The special smooth noodles paired with a seafood-flavored soup are an unbeatable combination‼️

For the Tsukemen, we recommend trying the noodles with just the seaweed salt at first to savor the deliciousness of the noodles 😋 The toppings, such as wontons and boiled eggs 🥚, were also very delicious and complemented the soup very well!

Since it’s located inside the station, it’s a great place to stop by at the beginning of your trip or to visit for a last bowl of ramen after drinking 🍜
